Uploaded photos are stored temporarily in secured encrypted buckets and are automatically deleted after 24 hours of processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

If the AI fails to generate a usable result or the background removal is significantly flawed, you can request a credit refund through our support channel within 7 days of the purchase.
Direct monetary refunds are handled on a case-by-step basis and are generally only issued if the service was completely unavailable for an extended period after your purchase.
